Bookings This page lets you check date availability, book your holiday and describes the terms of your rental. Currently, the rate per week is a flat £299 (GB pounds). No hidden extras or per person supplements. Air conditioning, bed linen, bathroom towels and use of all equipment in the apartment is included in the price. We can also arrange transfers to and from the airport. As this is our first year in operation, the price is very competitive. Compare to other similar properties that currently advertise in the region of £400-£500 per week. Also remember, you are dealing directly with the property owners, which allows you to get a better priced holiday by cutting out the middle man. It also ensures a more personalized service. You can call us anytime and you won't be left on the line. Our wish is that you enjoy your holiday and return to us year after year. The first day of any self-catering holiday can be chaotic, so for your convenience, we can arrange for groceries to be delivered to the apartment prior to your arrival.
Payment A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon making your booking. The balance of your holiday must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to your departure date. Last minute bookings made within 6 weeks are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made by mailing a cheque to us, or by credit card using the online booking system below.
Security Deposit A refundable deposit of £200 is required to cover accidental damage, breakage or loss. This deposit is required when paying the balance.
